No, the currently available model does not allow striking of a real golf ball. The idea behind the TI club is to focus on the development of a smooth, continuous, and repeatable swing. For many amateur golfers, they may be too focused on trying to just hit the ball, which may detract from the lessons to be learned when training with the TI club. We suggest placing a tee in the ground so you have a focal point to simulate where a ball would be. As you bring the TI club down through your swing,you should hear the sound of a club hitting a ball just as the TI club passes over the tee.

The short answer is...all of them! That's the fun part of the TI training club, you get to try out 10 different swing tempos exhibited by Professionals to see which one feels right for you. Relax, and experiment with each of the settings to see what feels right for you. Once you find a tempo that feels right, stick with it, keep taking swings with the TI training club, and you'll develop your consistent, smooth swing tempo!
